I'm off to see the wizard.

Well, not really a wizard, just a wizard trip out to the Cardigan area to look at some holiday caravans. It is a site that I have stayed on and is highly recommended. It is quite close to Cardigan but tucked away in a valley and no where near a main road. 5 to 10 minutes, depends on little legs, stroll from a lovely clean beach. Fingers crossed that I find one that I like, the plan is to have 4 weeks reserved for myself and then to offer it for holidays for the rest of the season. Dogs will be welcomed, after all Ben will be there with me, and I plan to have all the things that I like at hand. Wish me luck.
I will post properly later and let you have the low down.

  2. Hope you find a caravan you like, Pam. That's something we've thought of doing to give us a getaway bolthole. It's the cost of site fees that puts us off and only being able to use the site for around 10 months of the year. I'd be interested to know all the ins and outs if you do decide to go ahead and if you don't mind sharing the information.

    1. I have found a possible, the site fees and other charges add up to around £4,000 a year including VAT. However if you let the van out you can cover all costs and still have lots of time there. Once I fuind one, fingers crossed, I will let you know the gruesome details as well as all the yummyness.
