It's been a while.

It's been a loooong time, is there anybody there?

lots of water under the bridge.

Many miles of yarn knitted and crocheted.

Pounds of fabric cut and stitched.

lots of dog walking, we still have Herbie.

He has a new "brother" a jack russell called Freddie.

I am greyer, sometimes thinner, sometimes not.

Still gardening, still in Wales.

Relocated to a bungalow in Ystalyfera, the hip finally forced single story living.

I am loving it, just reached the 2 year mark.

Thanks to the SO I have a front garden full of tall raised beds that I have filled with flowers, and a back garden, changed from a weed filled "lawn" to a no dig vegetable garden of raised beds complete with brassica cage arches and 2 greenhouses. I no longer have a camera but will see if I can get pics from my phone I'm still a technophobe. But I have a lovely neighbour who rescues me from any bog that I get stuck in. In fact I have really lovely neighbours and am so fortunate to have landed here.

There's a mid week craft group that recently started up and is going well, I am the only knitter but we have crochet, hand stitching and quilting and enjoy our weekly get together. There are craft groups to be found almost every day within a 15 mile radius ( and many more further afield) and once the hectic garden season starts to slow down I intend to check some out.

I still visit Pontardawe and Neath for shopping but mostly I use the local shops, we have Asda, Tesco and Home Bargains along with several sole traders including a pet store for food, toys leads etc They also carry a good selection of wild bird food which keeps my garden very full of flying visitors.

I think that that's enough for today, I realised how much I missed this but life sort of engulfed me for quite a long time.

I hope that you have all been busy having the best lives possible.
