I have a tiny courtyard outside the kitchen door and sitting on the table they fill it with their perfume.
I made time to finish the floor quilt.
I did some echo quilting on it, fast and simple.
I backed it with the yellow humming bird print from Fabric Guild and used the sashing fabric to make it wide enough, that also came from the Fabric Guild and was a fantastic £2.20 a metre.
I did a quick shop this morning and popped into the library this afternoon. That's it really, I have driven more miles in the last 3 days than I usually do in a month and my hip and knee are telling me so.
It will be a stir fry tonight, Quorn and a pack of RTC veg mix that I picked up a week or so ago and bunged in the freezer. No rice or noodles, I don't need the carbs after all that sitting down. I have some fresh fruit salad in the fridge if I am still hungry.
On that note I need to check the washing line, I have played catch up with laundry and cleaning this afternoon, I have even managed to iron the stuff as it came off the line.
